It is a great opportunity to live here! Very convenient and great for the price. The walls are good sound proofing. The staff is great! Maintenance responds really quick. The both cafe's on the bottom floor are great and convenient.

You won't find a better deal or a better location than at the Mayflower.

It's a friendly community with a lot of amenities. Of course, it's wonderful to be so close to the ocean.

It's awesome because there is an indoor and outdoor pool and hottub, club room with pool tables and internet access, fitness room, and business center with free printing. However, there is only one computer that works and the printer doesnt always print so good luck trying to use it! The best part about the Mayflower is the location and the bar and restaraunt downstairs. Another downfall is the laundry facility. It is a hassle, some of the dryers dont work, and you have to pay $1.55 for each load (which averages about $5-10 a week for me!) and the price just went up 5 cents! Overall, I think the benefits of living here outweigh the downfalls. I love it here for the most part.

The walls are thin as paper. I wish they would inject some sound insulation into the walls between apartments.

Since I moved to this property on Oct. 31, 2009 my life changed. Good apartments (1102 and 916), nioce people both in the admninistration, good social environment, security, excellent facilties, fast and good maintenance (specially Mr. Rodney). Finally, we are grateful to R, K and M for their very professional and polite attention, Fermin, Barbara and Estrella (the kitty)
